PLAY THERAPY | EMDR | CBT

My Areas of Focus

I help women turn life’s rocky seasons from survival mode into a thriving life!

I help Christians who are hurting from grief, loss and trauma heal so they can use their talents and gifts to glorify God.

I support individuals diagnosed with food allergies in navigating the emotional and mental health effects of this diagnosis.

A few of my approaches to help you heal

When talk therapy feels overwhelming or hard to put into words, Play Therapy™ offers a different path. Through creative, interactive techniques, clients can express emotions, work through experiences, and find healing in a more natural and accessible way.

You’ve tried talk therapy and know you need something different. EMDR offers a powerful next step—helping your mind and body process past experiences so they no longer feel stuck or overwhelming, creating space for healing and relief.

Often, the beginning stages of therapy include CBT. This approach helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can begin to shift unhelpful patterns and create meaningful change.

More About Me

Holly Lott, LICSW, RPT‑S

My life and calling have been shaped by faith, family, and commitment to the people I serve. I’ve walked through seasons of change, loss, resilience, and growth — experiences that deeply influence the way I show up for my clients.

For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages in individual, family and group settings. Those years strengthened my passion for trauma‑informed care and deepened my commitment to approaches like EMDR and Play Therapy. While working in hospitals, schools, and Christian counseling settings, each one reinforced my belief in the mind‑body connection and the importance of integrating faith with evidence‑based therapy.

After many years in Georgia and Texas, my family and I returned to Minnesota in 2022 to be closer to loved ones and to give our children a Christian education. Returning to Minnesota has allowed me to offer the kind of counseling I feel called to — a warm, faith‑rooted space where you can process your story, find emotional healing, and reconnect with God’s purpose for your life.

“My prayer is that our time together brings encouragement, peace, and lasting change.”
